Providing the interiors of a house with coherence and harmony is achieved through good room distribution and separation.
Internal partitioning in the homes will be made of dry partition walls featuring acoustic insulation according to the Technical Code. The separation between homes will be built with brickwork and dry partitioning on both sides. Acoustic insulation, as specified in the Spanish Technical Code.
All surfaces of the house will be embellished with aesthetic, resistant and quality materials. Decorate them with your favourite furnishings and enjoy designing the interiors of your new home yourself. The flooring in living rooms, hallways, corridors and bedrooms will be AC5 laminate flooring. MDF skirting boards finished in white.
